Tigerlily tequila garden opened by Miss Scotland

MISS Scotland has launched the Herradura tequila garden at Tigerlily on Edinburgh’s George Street.

Lucy Sophia Thomson was joined by Tigerlily general manager Luke Trodden to officially open the garden, which was designed by Edinburgh-based florist Wild Flowers.

More than 10,000 Christmas baubles were used to create the garden, which comes hot on the heels of Tigerlily’s recent refurbishment.

“Our festive collaborations are always really exciting to see come to life,” said Trodden.

“Edinburgh has a magical feel at Christmas time and we love being part of it.

“Our Herradura tequila garden is a new and colourful approach for the season that fits in with our theatrical and experiential vibe.

“We are excited to welcome our guests back for celebrations at the newly revamped Tigerlily.”

Tequila-based cocktails on offer at the venue until January include: the “Crystal Margarita”, a mix of Herradura Plata, Sauvignon Blanc, lime zest, cucumber, and elderflower; “God of the Sun”, a blend of Herradura Reposado, pineapple, habanero, pressed lime, and almond; and “Tijuana Yacht Club”, which features Herradura Plata, blackberry, mango, velvet falernum, and egg white.
