Acclaimed Scots folk musician Hannah Rarity is to join Blazin’ Fiddles on tour this summer.
Hannah’s sublime voice imbues the music she performs with a depth of emotion that is inimitable.
It’s this ability that has seen her become one of Scotland’s foremost young singers.
Winner of BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2018, her status as a rising talent has been further consolidated by her Scots Singer of the Year nomination at the 2017 Scots Trad Music Awards and feature as One to Watch in 2018 in The Scotsman.
She’s been working with the Blazin’ in Beauly teaching team for the past two years will be performing together around Scotland in August.
The dates and venues are:
14 August, Stirling, Albert Halls; 15 August, Aberdeen Music Hall; 16 August, Inverness, Eden Court; 17 August, Edinburgh, Queen’s Hall; 21 August, Dundee, Caird Hall; 22 August – Dumfries, Easterbrook Hall; 24 August, Edinburgh Queen’s Hall.
