Organic treatments at Royal Mile spa will have you converted

The spa on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile is small, but perfectly formed and my therapist Regan was friendly and very informative, telling me all about the Ila brand.

Ila products are organic, so perfect for my mature, rosacea-prone skin, but the exotic scents that enveloped me throughout the treatment were enough to let me imagine I was lying in a garden of tropical flowers – a refreshing change from the non-scented products I usually use.

Ila’s sonic wave and light therapy accelerate absorption of the products to maximise hydration and combat signs of ageing. I left with calm skin and even calmer mind.
