They are all designed to be used with the company’s famous iron pots, grill pans and tagine dishes.
The instructions given are clear and the book is filled with inspiring pictures to help you re-create hearty meals such as Lamb Navarin, Coconut Clam Curry, Grilled Squid with Fennel and Pomegranate dressing and the classic French dish Coq au Vin Blanc.
