In the April edition of Scottish Field, we will be looking at our nation’s superb coastline – and we need your help.
We want to highlight some of the best places to eat around the coast, and are on the looking for top recommendations.
Eateries by the coast don’t just specialise in seafood, as many of them work closely with local suppliers in rural areas, to bring superb-tasting local meats to diners, accompanied by the best fresh produce.
Whether it’s superb salmon in Saltcoats, magnificent meat on the Moray Firth, peerless pizza in Portobello, or terrific trout in Troon, we want to hear about it!
