Restaurant ready to serve up fresh oysters with wine

A Scots restaurant is welcoming The Oysterman back this month.

Back by popular demand The Oysterman is back at Le Di-Vin wine bar on Friday, January 28, at 6pm.

The Oysterman will serve 100 freshly shucked Loch Fyne oysters as a treat to all customers in the wine bar, complemented perfectly with wine or champagne. Most oysters are sold by the glass. However, be quick, once they are gone, they’re gone!

The wine bar plans to have The Oysterman shuck his famous oysters on the last Friday of every month from January onwards.

Le Di-Vin wine bar in Edinburgh recently featured in The Sunday Times top 25 wine bars in the UK. One of Edinburgh’s hidden gems, it has more than 100 wines by the bottle and over 30 wines by the glass, and are very well known for their wine, sharing charcuterie and cheese platters and their famous raclette.

Situated beside La P’tite Folie restaurant in the heart of the city, Le Di-Vin has brought back their raclette evenings for the colder months. Raclette is a sociable cheese-centred meal, accompanied by a charcuterie platter, salad, potatoes and raclette cheese.
