Try this recipe for a tasty Toblerone tiramisu

It’s a bank holiday Monday today, and that means we all deserve a treat.

To mark the occasion, Grant Gordon – executive head chef of both La P’tite Folie restaurant and award-winning Le Di-Vin wine bar on Randolph Place in Edinburgh, has shared a recipe with us, for a tasty Toblerone Tiramisu.

Grant has worked at both the restaurant and the wine bar for nine years now. He started out working at Frederick Street and then moved to Randolph Place. Prior to that, Grant worked at Prestonfield.

This week, Grant will share a few of his favourite recipes to make at the restaurant.

He said: ‘The Toblerone tiramisu is always a favourite of mine. Toblerone is well known all over the world and I don’t know one person that doesn’t like it. It’s a bit different and I wanted to make a delicious dessert that everyone loved.’
