Those looking for a blissful bounce into spring have the chance to attend a yoga empowerment retreat.
The Kinship Studio Retreat is taking place at the award-winning Williamstone Farm Steadings in East Lothian, it will run for four days and four nights from Thursday 19 March until Monday 23 March.
The cost is £425–£625 depending on accommodation requirements.
The itinerary includes:
- Three hours of yoga a day, morning and evening.
- Three home made vegetarian/vegan meals a day plus snacks, all the food is made by Alison Henderson. Alison trained at Ballymaloe Cookery school and used to be the kitchen manager at Colstoun House Cookery School in Haddington. She makes everything from scratch, butter, bread, kimchi, wild sushi and much more.
- A thermal spa experience at Fletcher’s Cottage Spa, Archerfield with full use of the spa facilities.
- A hot stone massage with Beccy from Beatitude Products.
- A facial massage demo with Beccy from Beatitude
- An opening and closing ceremony with life coach Hannah Buchan
- A special Yoga brunch at Drift cafe, North Berwick
- A talk and fun workshop with Alison Gibb, the inventor of The Interior Design Tool Kit, where attendees will sit down together and play the game.
- A talk on sustainable lifestyle/living/products with Laura Thomas from Laura Thomas Co.
- Meditation evening with Ayurvedic golden milk.
- Goodie bag upon arrival.
